A kerékpár vásárlását követő 1-2 hónapon belül, vagy 200-300 km megtételét követően előfordulhat váltó vagy fék pontatlanság az alkatrészek bekopásából eredően. Ezt ingyen, szerviz időpont kérése és előzetes bejelentkezés nélkül, soron kívül korrigáljuk, amennyiben nyitvatartási időben behozzák a kerékpárt üzletünkbe. Minden a megadott távon vagy időn túli, esetleg egyéb, nem fék vagy váltó pontatlanságra vonatkozó szerviz térítésköteles.
